Interview
1st round is zoom interview and then on campus visit interview.
Process is well organized and smooth. Search committee members are professionally mannered. I enjoyed both 1st round zoom interview and on campus visit interview.
Friendly, laid back, but definitely looking for someone who is a team player, energetic, and motivated. Be yourself, they also want honest and open candidates, the faculty and staff are very personable and lovely.
