They were relaxed and friendly, back when employees were interview on site. They have now changed to a central interview process, I guess for standardization. The staff no longer have the capacity to interview in branch after the huge cuts to staff in recent days.

It was alright nice people they asked lots of questions very solid, to interview was really long and the employees were behind but all in all that was a solid interview. I would definitely recommend the managers and everyone were really nice.
