Question 1
I did not encounter anything too difficult or unexpected. I did have the standard, "where do you see yourself in 5 years question". I never know why this one is so reoccurring with new employers. There is a real fear of turnover I suppose.

Many interview. They ask a lot of questions. You had to go through 10 interviews if you're applying for an executive role. They talk a lot about their culture.

Interview
My interview process included meetings with eight different people from hiring department and from departments that interact with the hiring department. It is common for the interview process to require meeting with a dozen or more people. The logic is that this number of interviews allow the candidate to size up the company, as well letting the company evaluate the candidate. The interviews were quite structured.
