They interviewed applicants Canada-wide. All candidates from Atlantic Canada went to UNB for a first round interview. The call for the interview came in two days before it was scheduled, and it was in another city/province. There was a reception the day before the interview, and it was a chance to meet the interviewers and had a chat with them, and also every candidate. The interviews consisted of two parts, each lasted for half hour. The first one was with the professionals, and the second one was with the HR. There were three interviewers from Risk Management, and one from HR.

Question 1
The atmosphere was really "formal interview". The VP and another experienced professional asked most of the questions regarding the resume, cover letter and transcript. Another young professional mainly took notes during the interview. Questions covered everything..personality, work experience, knowledge..one of them even asked about a grade of my course and it happened again during my interview with the HR.
