Interview
Applied online on the TD site at the end of January, within a week got a call from HR to schedule a phone interview and complete an online personality questionnaire. Took about 20 minutes, questions like: where do you see yourself in 5 years? personal customer experiences and situations. Some questions were in French. By the next day, I got a call from HR saying that they would keep my resume on file, and call me when there were branch openings. I got a call from a branch manager, and the interview is tomorrow.

Screening interview with recruiters first, followed by a second interview with the hiring team. If selected, you are then matched with a branch based on fit, availability, and business needs.

The process was not complex and the interviewer was friendly. The time schedule for the interview was respected and the lady did not drag it with more questions.
I was stress at the beginning but my interviewer asked me to be relax and confident. It helped me alot
