Applied online and received a phone call the next week. Had a phone screening and then an in person interview afterwards. Interview was pretty light, questions were basic csr type questions

The process was not complex and the interviewer was friendly. The time schedule for the interview was respected and the lady did not drag it with more questions.
I was stress at the beginning but my interviewer asked me to be relax and confident. It helped me alot
