I applied online and did the assessment, received a phone interview in 2 days. The interviewer is nice but I was too nervous. She even asked if I am nervous, and I said yes, I feel not so good about this... She said it was just a few questions and the purpose is to know more about my background. It only last about 15, 16 minutes which could be a bad thing... From my reserch online, the longer, the better... which I hope is not true. She told me I will be contacted in 1 or 2 weeks and I will know if I am selected for a in-person interview or not.
