the star method is def used a lot , make sure to ahve that drilled in a bunch . they do that at schwab and a lot of other brokerage firms.
make sure you are ready to help and have a heart to help clients ,
licneses are the way to move up as well

Send you an email and ask cell interview. In the interview just ask you some basic information like your name your education. Then she ask me about my future plan. After that the interview is end.
Apply online on their company portal - application process wasn't too lengthy and easy to accomplish. Easy to upload resume and other documents. Then basic interview questions with phone screening first, then series of interviews.
