one virtual interview with HR and a 14 weeks later I received the Offer Letter.
Questions were pretty straightforward, regarding customer service. They want to check your language skills and how confident you are while interacting with customers.

hr interview, phone in for 30mins. then go to second round interview about behavioral question. the whole progress was very quick. it only takes a week to complete all interview and get the offer

it was easy. Online teams interviewed lasted 45 minutes. there is only one round of interview. it was Quick and easy. got offer letter withing two days. they hire in batches.

The interview process was Pleasant, she did more of explanations of the job role, expectations, work hours, training period than actual questions. Scenario based questions and a review of my resume. She confirmed availability of hours
