The application itself required a written SBIR proposal, which requires a substantial amount of time. After submitting the proposal, I did not hear back from TDA whatsoever. My coworkers who have applied to TDA went through the same and never heard back. Terrible hiring practice.
Several phone interviews with different members of the group over the course of a few weeks, all of which seemed to go very well. No site visit due to the pandemic. After a communication blackout for a few months ("we've paused our recruitment"), they got back to me saying they filled the position, despite giving me no indication that they were still actively hiring. I was disappointed by their lack of transparency and disregard.
