So sorry this was a negative experience, that certainly was not our aim! Since your interview, we have implemented more safeguards to follow up with candidates so responses do not lapse and candidates know their status. Although this won't change your experience, it will help others in the future get better responses and a more personal approach, which is our goal. Again, my apologies for the lack of follow up. While that position may not have been a fit, one may pop up in the future that could work. Best of luck!
