Applied online and got a phone interview about a week later. Spoke with a rep from HR and then went onsite for a 1 hour in person interview. Got the offer about 3-4 days later.

Interview
I had an initial phone interview with a Human Resources representative to gather basic information and ask general behavioral interview questions. Then proceeded to have an interview with a Finance Manager and a Senior Finance Analyst.
