I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TEA (Jacksonville, FL)
Interview
The interview process is brutal. Panel interviews with a final interview with an organizational psychologist. Some celery at some point in the process and many good candidates are filtered out.
Extremely unprofessional interviewing process. The company does not care about your time. Went through FOUR rounds of interviewing, ended up being told I was going to get an invite for a final, in-person interview within a couple of days. After being ignored from 2 follow ups emails, THREE weeks later I receive a reply that they have decided to move with someone else. Stop wasting your candidates time and stalling them to collect other resumes. Nobody wants to go through a SIX week interviewing process.

Question 1
A ton of "tell me about a time" questions. Boring.

Interview
Very lengthy interview process. It was very excessive for an entry level role. 3 separate phone interviews, a video interview, an assessment, and I was scheduled for an in person interview and also an in person meeting with the “company psychologist”. They did not respect my time, interview requests were endless. I was offered something much better that didn’t require a bajillion interviews. You don’t appear to have it together if it takes that many assessments/interviews to decide an entry level role.
