Interview
It started with a referral. From there I was screened over the phone. After that I was contacted by the hiring manager and from there a decision was made. Overall the process is very standard and if you have the skills you are good to go.

Interview
I was called to join the team from a former manager, so there was no interview. However, it's very easy to get hired if you are qualified. There really isn't an interview, especially if you have a history of working as an ambassador or if you were referred by a friend. They always need help!

Interview
It was a quick interview process. When I got hired they were more strict about appearances requirements. However, it is not as strict anymore as long as you look presentable and owns the basic setup for on and off premise events.
