Business Formal Attire, Must be able to present a sales pitch upon request, Have Formal References. When the interview takes place it may be with people onsite or during a conference call. Do note that interviews can be heard throughout most store locations and often all employees are evaluating you. Many discussions, Facebook searches, and overall communication will take place based on the employees opinions of you.

If you had to open a phonebook, pick a number at random, and call this person, would you be able to perform this task on a regular basis.
Conducted a good interview and asked good questions that required thought and not just simple yes and no questions that could be answered easily. It was a job area I wasn’t familiar with so it was different
