Inside referral, phone call, face-to-face. I started with a referral from a friend who arranged a phone call with the CEO. We had a good conversation where he told me about the company and what kind of employee he was looking for. We followed up with a brief in-person interview where the made me an offer.

Interview
Phone interview with the President of the company, reviewed the expectations for the position. A face to face interview with the President, reviewed in further detail the expectations, answered my questions. We discussed the employees and the 5 year goals for the company and my role in growing the company.
