I had a deeply disappointing experience with this recruiting agency. At first, the recruiters came off as highly engaged and pushing urgency. They had me revise my resume multiple times, even asked me to write tailored descriptions for roles I was supposedly being considered for. It felt like they were supportive, but it quickly became clear that this was more about checking boxes than actually helping candidates. They told me I was being submitted for interviews, even gave me the impression that schedules were being set. I rearranged my availability based on this, only to receive zero updates. After a week or two of them constantly reaching out, they suddenly go completely silent. You would think with all the time and effort you put in working with them, there would be some form of communication. But no, I had to chase them down just to get a response, if you get one at all. Most of the time, you’re ghosted. Every recruiter I interacted with here showed the same patterns: overpromising, urgency, lack of follow through, and poor communication. There’s no consistent process, no accountability, and not one recruiter ever got me an interview. This isn't an one off issue, it's a systemic problem across the entire agency. In today’s tough job market, the way they treat candidates is unacceptable. If you're looking for recruiters who value your time and effort, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
