Seemingly very disorganized. Has me hopping from chair to chair. Most of the time I was in the open area surrounded by all the other employees who could listen in on my interview. In one office there was tequila and red solo cups on the floor. Might be a fun work environment but borders on unprofessional. After the interviews I got a very generic “thank you for your interest but...” email. After taking half a day off work and spending multiple hours talking with multiple people I find that the most insulting. At least take the the time to call me and let me know you have decided not to move forward with another candidate.
