I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems in Apr 2020
Interview
Very quick and easy interview process. Started emailing with a recruiter and had a phone call the same week, they tell you from the beginning your starting salary and how you’ll be paid during training. It went well so we set up an interview via webex bc covid-19. It was about 45 mins, very easy and conversational they wanted to hear about your experiences. Got asked to do a virtual half day which was two hours of both interviewee and interviewer asking questions, talked to three people. The next day I got an offer.
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before
I applied in-person. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2026
Interview
It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
