1st and 2nd round is HR interview
3rd is shadowing activity where they assign you to some recruiters and you get to shadow them to learn more about the job
4th is final HR interview

Questions mostly centred around resume and your answers
It consists of 3 stages, 1st is a screening interview, 2nd is with 3 managers from a panel, and 3rd is a half day, then offer!
Just make sure to have experience with a commission based job as it shows you worked under a KPI before

It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.
