They reached out to me via a phone call. The interview process was long (1 month), 2 weeks longer than I had told them I was willing to do. The interview consisted of 2 interviews, one non-technical and the next one technical. The recruiter was aware of my minimum contracting rate prior to even interviewing. We had agreed to a rate at the end of the interview process, which they were fine with. The final offer was SUBSTANTIALLY below the rate we agreed upon, which was not only rude but extremely unprofessional. I obviously declined the offer given how ridiculously low the offer was for a seasoned DevOps engineer with multiple production-ready releases for multiple products. I'd never recommend this company to anyone and would stay away from them with a 1000m long pole. Their recruiters inhabit the typical deceptive personality traits such as overly nice behavior, word salads, and gaslighting.
