I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TEKsystems (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2011
Interview
Phone interview, then an in-person interview, then a panel interview. After passing that, I came back for a "shadow day" where the interviewee gets to sit with other recruiters to see how their day unfolds. This is the opportunity (and expectation) to ask questions about the ins and outs of the day-to-day operations of the job. Pay attention, there's nothing being hidden here and it's a good opportunity to see exactly what a normal day will look like.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Stockholm, Stockholm) in Jun 2026
Interview
It was challenging but both recruiters were supportive and kind. They really listened to your answers and ask more questions out of your answers. It seems like they want to hire people out of they personalities not experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TEKsystems (Conshohocken, PA) in Oct 2025
Interview
Unprofessional. Went through the whole process and was brought into the office for a shadow day and then never heard from them again. Also, the recruiter will call you constantly at random times throughout the process, kind of micromanaging if you ask me.
