I was told the job would be for claims examiner but it was customer service taking 80 calls a day. Felt like I was miss leaded .So I declined the offer for something else

The interview was very easy and straightforward. The person who interviewed me just asked simple questions about my work history to see if I would align with the contract. I was also asked about healthcare experience as the role was with insurance.
Fast paced and quick. They make decisions fast without waiting a ton of time. Only a couple steps and interviews to complete. Overall good interview experience I had. Good luck on your interview
