He later asked me my salary expectations, and said "Ooh that's too high for someone who only has 3 years of experience." I am like in my mind, "then why ask". Didn't even counter my expectations with a finite range. Advice to the recruiters, please only call those applicants who you think are the best fit. Most importantly, NEVER "experience-shame" someone.
