The interview process was more of a personality test, and if you have drive. They love people who come from an athletic background or fraternity/ sorority. Make sure to do research on the company and be able to prove you did your research.

4 rounds, all done within 1 week. First round call, second round with HR, third round with seniors, potentially your team lead, fourth round either leadership. They are all nice and easy going

I made it to a third-round interview and spent an hour on a zoom call with someone to never hear from them again. It took 3 weeks to get ahold of someone to schedule each interview, so the whole process took over a month. for nothing.
