There is a requirement to take multiple entry tests plus a main interview when applying for a job at this company. The entry tests are fairly basic with a math, English and cognitive thinking test to ensure that a prospective employee has the basic mental capacity to handle the work provided by the company. The interview process consists of multiple interview to get a feel for your experience with customer service and how you handle certain situations.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TELUS (Calgary, AB) in Sept 2016
Interview
Very lengthy and asked many questions not really related to the job position. The behavioral questioning aspect of the interview was quite intimidating. Several screening interviews were performed prior to the face to face interview. The post interview I did not receive any response regarding my status of the application or interview even though I asked.

Question 1
Is it OK to sacrifice quality to meet a dead-line?
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TELUS (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2008
Interview
3 Interviews - 1 Phone, one 1:1, then a panel interview. The 1:1 was by the team's trainer and it was also a skills exam. he basically asked some personality questions and some other questions to fell-me-out then put me in a lab to troubleshoot some issues. Once that was out of the way I had to do a background check with the BackCheck, then an aptitude test.
