Interview
First interview was a behavioural based interview following the STAR method which has one answering questions by first stating the Situation, Task, Action and then Response. The second interview your asked to do a case study.

Give a time when you used data and planing to persuade someone?
Interview was very straightforward, also challenging enough to give you a good glimpse of what the role is with the case study. It will be a panel interview which can seem intimidating but they are all very talented, smart people who ask thoughtful questions.
