Great interview structure, went pretty well. They had different panels and screenings through HR and managers. The office is really nice, downtown Toronto and it was easy to find. Overall good process, would have enjoyed it a lot

Interview
Smooth and professional. Communication timed, clear and transparent. Salary range was shared in the first interview which was good. Second phase was setup nicely with a breakdown of how the interview was going to go
All remote: one interview with hiring manager, one interview with HR, one interview with team member, one panel interview with prepared case (presentation). Overall met great people and found the process to be smooth.

It was a joke. The Hiring manager basically (and quite openly admitted) wanted to get information about my past company (a competitor). She went all the way asking for the financials and product pipeline. lol.
