Prepared comprehensive presentation consisted of 15 pages on a business case ahead of the second interview with Teoxane. The whole interview felt like I was sitting in front of a police officer, guilty of something I didn’t know about. May be because of spending so much time on something that was not appreciated at all. After I presented the case I was greeted with lots of rapid-fire questions, barely giving me a chance to think. Even I explained and started with a disclaimer that I lack certain information to give precise figures that was not heard. I left the interview feeling underestimated, questioning my own professional capabilities and deeply disheartened.
