Il colloquio è stato unico, sia tecnico che motivazionale. L’ho sostenuto in presenza ed i responsabili di zona si sono incentrati sulle domande tecniche mentre le recruiter e le dipendenti delle risorse umane, collegate da remoto, si sono concentrate sulla parte conoscitiva

Interviewer did not show interest and active listening on what i was saying. It looks me like a routine - click the box - process . Typical questions, no clarifications for my resume, unclear answers to the type of job. It was better to cancel the meeting

absolutely exactnees on the rendez vous time, although outdoor works, interviewer same person with the worksite manager, quite strict in first place, but ok after getting known, he would like to help to obtain experience in worksite practical matters
