Very straightforward and comfortable. Was made to feel at ease from the start and the whole process was done well. 2 interviews and 3rd part was a phone call with offer and role specifics.

What are your values and how would they align with the business
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TFS Healthcare in Oct 2020
Interview
Phone interview for around 10 minutes, seemed very friendly and interested in having me come for a second interview. Interviewer said she will get back to me the next day and I heard nothing, I waited another day and still no call back so I tried to reach them myself with no luck of anyone picking up a phone or replying to emails. After hearing nothing back for 3 weeks I emailed to ask for some feedback as to why they may not have been interested in the end. Had a call that evening saying they had found my resume online and was I still looking for work where I explained I had interviewed with them previously and had no call back and couldn't reach them. They said they will call me back again the next day, they didn't so again I followed up where they said the role wasn't going forward anymore and the role I originally interviewed for has been filled.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TFS Healthcare (Southwark, England) in Oct 2019
Interview
Very brief and informal, overall pleasant. The team leader was very brief and lasted for no more than 30 mins. Few more touch point calls after and then hired for the role.
