Interview process was odd, half the individuals I spoke with were overly enthusiastic when speaking with me, others not so much. Many of the questions asked of the interviewee aren't able to be intelligently answered unless a person has been a member of the organization for at least a week. It's as if they only know how to hire inside candidates which is unfortunate.
