The interview process was smooth and well organized. The recruiter initially connected with me over a call to discuss my experience, current work, expectations, and the role. The communication was clear throughout the process.
There were four rounds in total: Coding, System Design, CTO discussion, and HR round.
In the coding round, the focus was on writing an optimal solution. It was important not only to solve the problem but also to clearly explain the logic, approach, and why a particular solution was chosen.
The design round focused on system design concepts. You need to justify why you are choosing a specific component, table structure, class design, or design pattern. The interviewer asked cross-questions to understand the reasoning behind design decisions.
The CTO and HR rounds were mostly focused on cultural fit, previous experiences, and general discussions about work approach and collaboration.
Overall, the interviewers were professional and the discussions were constructive.
