Interview
I was already at the company so my previous body of work did most of the speaking for the interview. I had a lunch (casual interview) and a formal interview with the director of our team. You get a HR representative assigned to you who communicates next steps and the logistics of your process. It is not a quick process... in most cases a couple months can be expected.

Applied online, got a call within a few days for a phone interview.
Mainly behavioral questions, information given about the position, and made sure compensation expectations were in line with the position.
The recruiter forwarded my information afterwards to the hiring director, and called back 2 days later to schedule an in person interview.
