Interview
1. The first round was conducted on the Cocubes platform consisting of the first section - general aptitude, logical reasoning, verbal and technical questions. The second section - 2 Coding questions (Level- Easy).
2. The next round was a virtual technical interview where the main focus was on subjects of JAVA, DBMS, DSA, project management. (Lasted for 60minutes)
3. The next round was HR where general questions on yourself, why you want to join TIAA, and what you know about the company and resume based questions were asked.(Lasted for 30minutes)
1) Online test : Verbal,Logical,Quant,Technical,Coding ques(2)
It was conducted on Aon platform and test duration was of 1.5 hours. Any language can be used for writing code. Overall difficulty level was easy to moderate.

I applied through our college. They conduct assessment test which include aptitude,technical ,coding questions.
2nd round is technical round where they focused mainly on database questions .third round is MR round
