Interview
First round is a standard screening interview with Human Resources. HR interview process is screening for basic requirements. 2nd interview round is a virtual interview with two team members via Zoom.

Give me an example when you resolved an issue with a key stakeholder? What opportunities have you had to utilize Agile methodology in your previous roles?
Interview process was pretty straightforward and warm welcoming. Management and employees had a well established relationship. The department interviewed me and asked the right questions. The questions weren’t too difficult and I had to give them a demo of a project. I got the job!
