TICO interview questions

First interview was a sit down with the hiring manager. They if I could use a tape measure & what my expertise was with tools. Then we looked over the job location to see what day to day looked like. Ghosted me after the interview & then got an auto reject message after reaching out twice. Very unprofessional organization.
