As stated on their website - Conversation with Recruiter, then Team members. They were also hiring internally which they didn't say and then decided to go for internal candidate. Fair enough but how poor of a process this was. Interviews kept being rescheduled and now understand why. Be transparent in the process to set expectations with candidates.

Interview
I had a very good interview experience with Tier. The recruiter was very informative about the position as well as about the company as a whole. The next steps were explained clearly and there was quick and regular communication with me.
So ridiculous the time they make you wait.
There was a talk and a promise to be back until the end of the same week.
It took 6 weeks after requesting a position about the only talk one no-reply email!
