Typical interview process: Contacted Recruiter, HR phone screen and then phone interviews with one to two people i.e. Lead CRA's, Project Managers and or Management. The interviews were about 30-60 minutes. Discussed typical interview questions.

Typical interview questions i.e. How do you prepare for a monitor visit, what are your strengths, what are your weaknesses, what activities you like about your job and activities you do not like about your job, what average number of site visits so you normally complete in a month, the average number of protocols you are used to handling etc.
Phone interview, then I was brought in to meet several people. It was all very typical and straight forward. There were questions, but they are very good at describing what the job entails and answered all my questions thoroughly. They were friendly and made me feel comfortable. It was a good experience.
