Either it's this company or its the recruiter.
I was sent a link to book in a slot. First time I've ever been asked to book in a slot for a recruiter call.
Then when I tried booking in the link I was sent wasn't working.
After A LOT of back and forth I go myself booked in.
On the day of the call, the teams link wasn't working.
I emailed the recruiter, no answer. Emailed again, no answer. Emailed again to let them know I had managed to get the link to work and was waiting in the call lobby, waiting for them to join, and again, no answer.
I was waiting for over 30 mins.
How unprofessional.
I've never been made to wait 30mins for an interview/recruiter call.
Seems like I dodged a bullet.
If a recruiter called Kaleigh reaches out to you, just don't reply. She is clearly overwhelmed bless her.

Question 1
What happens when a recruiter doesn't join a teams call that they booked with you a month in advance?
While the interviewers themselves were professional and respectful, the overall recruitment process demonstrated inconsistent timelines and limited transparency. Interviews were conducted in quick succession initially, suggesting urgency. However, this was followed by extended periods of silence (approximately one month between stages), short-notice scheduling, and ultimately notification that the role had been closed due to restructuring after several months of engagement.
