      Assistant Manager Interview

      7 Aug 2014
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TOK in Apr 2010

      Interview

Initial contact was by emailed resume and cover letter. Subsequent interviews were on site with HR, and an upper level manager. Questions were technically oriented though minor in scope. More time was taken with TOK management explaining the company's basic business and detailing the devided culture. (Japanese engineering, Japanese management and President and their role, or lack thereof.) The interview was personable and on the informal side. A walk-through was subsequently made, allowing for more questions and answers. No tests, no questionaires. Good humored, all in all.
