Interview
90% of the questions were about technical subjects. Some questions were very specific like explaining programming paradigms and giving examples. The rest of the interview went over past experiences and more personal aspects.
Pleasant interview process, felt like an honest conversation, the interviewer was open and asked some interesting questions, but the tone of the conversation was still kept quite casual and pleasant

Three-stage interview process, very concrete and fast. Best interview process I have ever been through. 1st: Value-oriented 2nd: Code challenge, 3 problems codility. 3rd: review code challenge and general programming.
