I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TP (Athens, Athens, Attica) in Jun 2014
Interview
First two phone interviews to get to know you as a person, then a written technical test (extremely out of date - most questions about Windows XP) and a written language test produced using Google Translate, so that the real difficulty was figuring out what the English origin of each mistranslated word was in order to discover the meaning of each sentence.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round. The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
Interview was quick, had some tech issues but nothing too bad. Questions were direct, and prompted with an AI assistant which felt a little uncanny valley. Overall, process went smoothly but maybe it would be better to just have the questions written and recorded to listen to, rather than the AI assistant video
