WPM typing test, editing skills test, one on one interview and then placed in room with other people applying for the same job and each asked technical and customer service related questions by one of the supervisors. No advanced warning process would take so long. A lot of applicants processed at the same time.

it was a good process, I got to meet staff and discuss what its like working there. Was good experience and allowed me to learn a lot. Interviewers were very helpful also and guided me through very well
