I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TP (Toronto, ON) in Mar 2019
Interview
1. Got to know about the hiring from Toronto job fair in King Hotel downtown. A lady gave a walk-in interview slip with date and time of my convenience. Ask for more slips for your friends
2. Walk-in interview day 1: mass recruitment, expect lots of candidates around with a busy HR office like serviceontario. Made to fill-in some forms. Wait for typetest on computer, minimum qualifying speed is 35words per minute. You get 3 attempts, Aesop's fable paragraph. They use typingtest com
On qualifying, they align 1st interview which is conducted in group. Expect to narrate your personal story and experience all infront of other candidates in a group. Gives me worst reflection of how a company doesn't value talent.
Asked to wait and selected ones are informed on spot for next round which will be on a later date, likely next date.
3. Next day, the particular deal/ campaign you are aligned, you interview with it's Operations manager. General questions about your resume again in group. Mostly he spoke about his expectations and if we felt we fit in! He passed us all and congratulated and asked to wait outside. Outside an HR sets up some forms to sign and informs of further instructions on joining and form filling.
Two interview rounds, one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at TP (Accra)
Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP (Cebu City) in Jun 2026
Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
