Interview
Me llamaron, me comentaron la propuesta y me pidieron continuar la conversación telefónica en inglés. La única pregunta fue sobre mi experiencia laboral. Es un filtro de nivel de inglés muy breve y básico. Luego tuve la segunda entrevista; fue por zoom y grupal, tenía una parte oral y una escrita. Duró dos horas en total. La parte oral son dos preguntas y la parte escrita un examen de 40 min que incluye ejercicios de reading comprehension, grammar y dos writings de 150 palabras. Por ahora quedaron en contactarse.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
