The interview process was good. Because of the wonderful flow of every situation that makes the applicant easier to do things asked. It is a great experience for me as part of the employees hired by the recruitment team.
The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal
