The interview went well because the interviewer gave me the assurance or he make me feel that there's no reason to be nervous, and all i need to do is to be calm.

Question 1
Since i am only a Senior High School Graduate, he asked me; if i have the opportunity to continue my College, what would be my course then i answer it will be Education because probably i want to teach and he asked me again what do i want to teach him.

Easily approachable policy for interviews, hiring through consultants maximum, time taking procedures, once who have time and patience can attend the interviews but not a systematic procedures for interviewer and repeatedly follows the same procedures.
