the interview process was supser easy and fast. nothign to be concerned about, after the few inital questions you are basically hired and ready to get your equipment and start working.
The process is quite easy an not to difficult good for someone without call centre experience they always recruiting for no experience candidates which make it good they should give peoplw with no matric also a chance
It was fluid, the recruitement process was well organised and quite fast. not very human at first but once enrolled, procedure is very clear. they are regularly recruiting but easier when you have a referal
