It was long journey. I get initial, assessment, interview, another assessment, final interview and then account screening. I can say that this was worth it because I get to learn a lot of things from my interviwee.

Question 1
Account validation is the difficult part of the process where you express how'd you feel to different views and how you will handle difficult things.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
